Indonesian Youths Vow to Avenge Bin Laden’s Death

Scores of Indonesian men rallied on Friday to publicly vow their readiness to sacrifice their lives to avenge the death of Osama bin Laden. The group, calling itself Al Kaida Solo, said it would focus attacks on the United States — but there was no indication that it had the capacity to do so, or whether it was just bluster.

Several police kept watch on the rally in the city of Solo in central Java, but no one was detained. “One hundred youths from Solo are ready to die to take revenge on the death of Osama,” declared Choirul, a cleric in Al Kaida Solo and also a member of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) which has a history of violence including attacks on bars, nightclubs and the offices of Indonesia’s Playboy magazine.

Pray that Al Kaida Solo won’t follow through with attacks and won’t encourage other extremists to avenge for Osama’s death. Pray for the Lord to convict the members of the group and to find the true savior, Jesus Christ.

Irah with an enlarged stomach and continuing to get larger met a team of God’s workers. She was unable to find help from medical doctors and witchcraft doctors. The team prayed for her in the name of the Savior and was healed and felt peace in her heart. Pray for her faith. pic.twitter.com/SjDo…

A woman recently asked a God's worker about what it takes to be forgiven for our sins. After discussing how good works do not work, the worker shared how God gave his Son as a sacrifice for our sins. Pray for God to continue to work in her heart to respond to his love for her. pic.twitter.com/NGRy…
