Indonesians protested again outside the US Embassy on Monday over the Anti-Muslim film that has caused protests all over the world. This time, though, the Indonesian protest became violent, as they threw rocks at police officers, putting eleven of them in the hospital. At least one protestor was also hospitalized. The demonstration began peacefully, but after they paused to observe afternoon prayers, it became violent.
Pray for safety for foreigners in Indonesia. Ask that they will be able to love Indonesian Muslims despite the protests. Pray for peace throughout the Muslim world, especially in Indonesia.
