Two Christian friends visited Jon who sells sugar cane drinks. Jon said he remembered the story of Jesus when life went smoothly but not when he was having problems with his children and had no money. Jon decided to accept Christ as his personal savior after one of the Christians told him about the birth of Christ, His death and His resurrection.
Three days later, the two Christians visited Jon again and asked whether his life has changed. Jon said he felt better and healthy. In addition, he was able to confirm that Jesus is God.
Pray that Jon’s faith will continue to grow and he will be willing to study God’s Words on regular basis. Pray also Jon’s life will influence his wife to accept Christ as her savior.
